Takes pressure off sore Achilles' tendon and calf muscles. Also help heel, heel spur, and plantar fascia pain. Effective for months!

Directions: Slip heel lift into shoe and check for comfort. Use as-is, or peel off layers to reach desired thickness. Use the self-adhesive 'dot' included if helpful to keep this product in place. To apply, remove the WHITE layer, stick to bottom of product. Then remove BROWN layer and affix into your shoe, pressing down to secure product.
