I had knee surgery on my right knee and in the process had trouble with my arch on my left foot. My doctor recommended you arch support and the pain relief I have had is great! Love these arch supports.

I love these inserts in my shoes. However, I ordered women’s 10-10.5 for my daughter’s 10.5 size shoes. She could feel gaps with her toes. Now, I’m out shipping and return shipping costs.

Helped my plantar fasciitis right away. They are comfortable and improved my level of pain immediately. I wish there was a narrow insole available as some of my shoes are too narrow for the insole purchased.
